The Chief of Staff is concerned that the recent change of personnel in the headquarters element has created a void in the employees’ basic knowledge about the structure of the DHS. He has directed you to develop a PowerPoint presentation briefing that identifies the following:The mission, goals, and objectives of DHS The leadership of the department (secretary and assistant secretary) The major components of headquarters (directorates, offices, and agencies) and the purpose or mission of each ppt presentation should be at least 15 slides in length…remember, a few of those slides will include separate slides for your title slide and a reference slide…so there is at least 2 slides out of the 15 slides. Don’t forget to use slide notes…use bullet points on the slides, and slide notes to explain the bullet points.  The rest of the slides should contain:The mission, goals, and objectives of DHSThe leadership of the department (secretary and assistant secretary)The major components of headquarters (directorates, offices, and agencies) and the purpose or mission of each…these should include the agencies under DHS…such as the US Coast Guard, FEMA, Customs and Border Patrol, ICE, Secret Service…etc. Also, mention some of the directorates that are under DHS…like the Science and Technology Directorate.
