If I have a population size N, and want to test a small sample to assure quality, how many items do I need to test to be 90 percent sure all N parts are good?  For example a box that should contain 100 stainless steel bolts would have N=100.  Testing is either pass or fail.  If n pass, there should be a 90 percent probability that all bolts are stainless and none are mild steel.  What should n=sample size be?
